Artist Bio
Quincey Spagnoletti (b. 1991) is a Boston based photographer, creating artwork through installation and performance. Influenced by her upbringing, her artwork focuses on issues of identity and womanhood. She alternates between human representation in her work and the use of her childhood archive to create space and depth of interpretation.
Spagnoletti received her BA from Colgate University and her MFA from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University. Her work has appeared in the Boston Art Review, Der Greif, Photoworks UK and the Leica Gallery, Boston. She was named a Top 25 Photographer to watch by the Lenscratch Student Prize in 2024, a Top 200 Critical Mass Finalist and recently named a Top 30 finalist in the KLPA Autoportrait awards.
