MINI COURSE | Sit & Knit for Beginners / Intermediate
with Rebecca Robbins | Beginner - Intermediate | 16+
The Sit 'n Knit Mini-Course is offering two separate knitting projects, based on skill level:
- Are you a Total Beginner to knitting? Do you have no knitting knowledge, but want to learn? A garter scarf and ear warmer would be a great way for you to get your needles working! It could be used by yourself or gifted to a loved one. This project will teach you the basics of knitting, give you practice with tension, reading patterns, learning new stitches and get you on your way to more complex and lengthier “art of knit” projects.
- Are you a Confident Beginner or Intermediate with some knitting experience, but have felt you needed to enhance your skills before trying a large project? This cabled cowl and headband may be right for you! These items use basic knitting skills to form the pieces. You will be provided with all the directions needed to complete the cowl and headband at home, if your project ends up requiring some extra time. The cabled cowl and headband will make a great addition to your winter wardrobe, or a great gift for someone special.
