MINI-COURSE | Intaglio/Etching (NEW!)
With Andrew Mullally, Pratt Munson Assistant Professor of Printmaking | Beginners | 16 +
This six week mini-course explores the introductory intaglio platemaking processes of drypoint, line-etch, and aquatint. Instruction includes plexiglass drypoint, hardground resists and spray paint aquatint on copper plates etched in ferric chloride. Students will leave this course with 2-3 unique printed editions. No previous experience is required; some materials provided. Instructor will forward the required material list to all registrants.

ANDREW MULLALLY holds a BFA in Printmaking from Northern Illinois University and an MFA in Printmaking from the University of Iowa. Andrew is the Assistant Professor of Drawing and Printmaking at Pratt Munson College of Art and Design.
