Dadisi Curtis Jr.

DADISI CURTIS brings a wealth of experience to Pratt Munson, holding an MA and MFA from The University of Iowa, as well as a BFA from Kent State University. Dadisi comes to us most recently from the Wassaic Project where he was the Print Fellow and Master Printer. Dadisi's artistic practice extends beyond traditional printmaking, encompassing installation, fabric silkscreen, photography, and digital media. With a focus on social justice, his work offers alternative perspectives by politically engaging with art. Drawing from his experiences as a biracial man and his passion for black cinematography, Dadisi addresses the fight against the demonization of black individuals in popular media. Dadisi has exhibited his work nationally and brings a dynamic energy to our creative community.
