WORKSHOP | Sashiko: The Art of Mending

Sashiko (刺し子, lit. 'little stabs') is a type of traditional Japanese embroidery or stitching used for the decorative and/or functional reinforcement of cloth and clothing. Participants may revitalize a vintage garment or update an old favorite that they bring to the workshop. Bring your own garment to repair or embellish. Supplemental materials and supplies included in tuition.
