Dare to Drape: Toga Party at Munson!

Experience the process of draping through a workshop with Niki English. Take a look at the sculptures of Karen LaMonte, and then spend time fashioning a classic look of your own. The workshop culminates with an opportunity to strut your stuff and celebrate everyone's creations! All materials provided. Preregistration is required.

High school students may enroll with guardian permission. Classes in the Museum of Art may be observed by the public.

Meet your instructor Niki! She/Her

NIKI ENGLISH is the Director of Design at an Austin-based product development company. Previously, she had been working in the NYC fashion industry for over 10 years. She has worked for brands including Jessica Simpson, Vivienne Tam, and Ann Taylor as well as creating her own designs and accessories. Niki received a BS in Apparel Design from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.
